Parent Square
Parent Square is the PRIMARY communication tool between home and school. All parents/guardians are automatically enrolled once their student is registered in Eschool. If for any reason you are not receiving messages through Parent Square please call the front office at 408-928-8800

The Home Access Center (HAC) is an online resource that allows parents/guardians to monitor all aspects of their child’s progress.
The HAC can be easily accessed from the Alum Rock School District’s homepage or from the Sheppard Middle School homepage
You are able to view your child’s:
- Schedule and attendance.
- Classwork, homework, and tests/quizzes.
- Local and state testing data, progress reports, report cards, and transcript.
- You can e-mail your child’s teachers if you have questions, concerns, or find information that is incorrect or incomplete.
Students will login with their ARUSD Username (Stu + Student ID Number) and their ARUSD issued password.
Google Classroom
All students are using Google Classroom to access their academic work. Students can login to Google Classroom to access their work and grades. Students will login with their ARUSD Username (Stu + Student ID Number@arusd.org) and their ARUSD issued password.
